41. High Voltage Transformer Testing for the SWOT Mission
In addition to special testing for Europa Clipper, special breakdown and partial discharge testing was performed on several high voltage transformers for the SWOT mission. The particular test setup was specially built and is capable of doing DC partial discharge measurements up to 40,000 volts with a sensitivity of 1 picocouloumb.
