47. High Voltage Opto-Coupler Partial Discharge Testing

Partial discharge testing services are provided to NASA in order to help cross-calibrate their equipment and/or to understand unique test problems where standard methods cannot be used. These opto-couplers are being tested for the Solar Probe Plus program.
