57. 100 kilovolt high voltage power supply prototype under test for the PicSpec instrument.
The challenge at super high voltages is to generate the voltage with high efficiency while also using advanced field control methods to achieve efficient packaging. The final design of the unit will float the sensor at -100 kV while also delivering 10 watts of power of DC power for the sensor.
