72. MOMA Power Supply (PS)
brassboard for testing.
The MOMA Power Supply (PS) in the Main Electronics Box (MEB) was designed by Battel Engineering and tested at the brassboard level prior to hand-off to the University of Michigan for flight development and testing. This picture shows the two brassboard components set up for testing. As might be guessed, brassboard testing can sometimes be a messy business since the design is pushed and prodded in many directions before it is considered ready for flight development.
