75. MOMA special cables and connectors testing.
High voltage operation on the Mars surface requires both innovative and rugged electronics plus some special technology elements using shields designed for operation at Mars atmospheric pressure. These pictures represent the test program employed to qualify the special cables and connectors used on MOMA. They are similar to the cables developed for the SAM instrument but smaller and lighter.
