Infrared LED test fixture for qualification of LED's planned for use in high voltage opto-couplers. The opto-couplers are planned for use on the LADEE and MAVEN missions. Battel Engineering has been involved in the development and manufacture of custom high voltage opto-couplers since the mid- 1980's.
