164. TEGA HVM Functional Bench
Test Setup
The HVM unit configured with its interface fixture for initial testing
prior to encapsulation. The unit is designed to operate at full voltage
when not encapsulated in order to allow functional testing. The
vertical gold pins interface to sockets on the LVM.
